Delete your Two Designs account / 刪除 Two Designs 帳號

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Two Designs and tap “Account” at the bottom.
Tap “Settings.”
Tap “Delete account,” then confirm once more in the confirmation dialog.

Deletion takes effect immediately, with no grace period, and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it first in the store’s subscription management.

Data that is deleted

Your account, linked Apple/Google/LINE identities (if you linked Apple, we first ask Apple to revoke authorization), and sign-in credentials.
Your birth details (name, date, time, and place of birth), conversations, and daily readings.
Purchased reports, credit records, subscription status, and push tokens.
The sign-in credentials and restore data belonging to this account on this device.

Data that is retained

Transaction records retained by RevenueCat and the stores under their own policies.
The full original text of every RevenueCat purchase notification received on our server, including the account identifier, item, transaction ID, price and currency, country or store region, and store. These have no deletion period; they are used to prevent the same transaction from being used more than once and to process refunds and renewals. Because deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, renewal and other notifications continue to arrive and are stored after the account is deleted, for as long as the subscription remains active.
Database backups taken before deployments that include database schema changes. These backups currently have no fixed deletion schedule, so they may still contain data from before the deletion; they are used only to restore the database if an update fails.
System logs (which may include your IP address and account identifier), kept for the log rotation period.
Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics (we do not set a user identifier), kept for Firebase’s retention period.

Request deletion by email

For any account (including an anonymous account with no sign-in method linked), you can email support@coyotech.app to request deletion, including your Account ID in the email. Your Account ID is shown in the app under Account → Settings → Account ID, and can be copied with one tap. After you sign in to an existing account in the app, the Account ID changes to that account’s ID, so please use the one currently shown in Settings.

The Account ID is a randomly generated string that cannot be guessed. Apart from your app, only we and RevenueCat hold it, so we treat whoever sends us the Account ID as the account owner: we delete the account matching that ID, to the same extent as described above, and reply to let you know once it is done. Please do not share your Account ID with anyone.

For an account linked to Apple, Google, or LINE, you may instead state in your email which sign-in method is linked. Because we store only the account identifier the sign-in service issues to this app, not your email address or name, we cannot find your account from the sender’s email address alone; we will reply explaining how to verify, and will delete the account only after verification. The quicker way is to reinstall Two Designs, link your original sign-in method under “Account” to return to your original account, and then delete it following the steps above, or look up your Account ID.

If you have lost your phone or deleted the app: an anonymous account’s sign-in credential may exist not only on the original device but also in an iCloud Keychain or Google Block Store backup. Reinstalling Two Designs on a device using the same Apple ID or Google account may bring you back to your original account. If you cannot get back to it and did not note down your Account ID, we cannot identify which anonymous account is yours; its sign-in credential expires after 30 days without use, but its data is not deleted automatically.

開啟 Two Designs，點下方的「我的」。
點「設定」。
點「刪除帳號」，在確認對話框中再確認一次。

刪除立即生效，沒有寬限期，也無法復原。刪除帳號不會取消 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱，請先到商店的訂閱管理取消。

會刪除的資料

帳號、綁定的 Apple／Google／LINE 身分（綁定 Apple 的話，會先請 Apple 撤銷授權）、登入憑證。
你的出生資料（名稱、出生日期、時間與地點）、對話、每日運勢。
購買的分析、點數紀錄、訂閱狀態、推播 token。
這台裝置上屬於這個帳號的登入憑證與還原資料。

會保留的資料

RevenueCat 與商店依其政策保存的交易紀錄。
我們伺服器上收到的每一則 RevenueCat 購買通知的完整原文，包括帳號識別碼、品項、交易編號、價格與幣別、國家或商店地區、商店別。它們沒有刪除期限，用來防止同一筆交易被重複使用、處理退款與續訂。因為刪除帳號不會取消商店的訂閱，訂閱仍有效期間，續訂等通知會在帳號刪除後繼續送來並被保存。
帶有資料庫結構變更的部署前所做的資料庫備份。這些備份目前沒有固定的刪除時程，因此可能仍含有刪除前的資料；只用於更新失敗時還原資料庫。
系統紀錄（可能含 IP 位址與帳號識別碼），依系統紀錄輪替期間保存。
Firebase Crashlytics 的當機報告（我們不設定使用者識別碼），依 Firebase 的保存期限。

來信刪除

任何帳號（包括沒有綁定登入方式的匿名帳號）都可以來信 support@coyotech.app 要求刪除，信中附上你的帳號 ID。帳號 ID 顯示在 app 的「我的 → 設定 → 帳號 ID」，可以一鍵複製。在 app 裡登入既有帳號之後，帳號 ID 會變成那個帳號的 ID，所以請以設定中目前顯示的為準。

帳號 ID 是隨機產生、無法猜到的一串字，除了你的 app，只有我們與 RevenueCat 持有，所以我們會把寄來帳號 ID 的人視為帳號主人，刪除與該 ID 相符的帳號，刪除的範圍與上面相同，完成後回信告知。請不要把帳號 ID 給別人。

綁定過 Apple、Google 或 LINE 的帳號，也可以改為在信中說明綁定的是哪一種登入方式；我們只保存登入服務給本 app 的帳號識別碼，不保存你的電子郵件或姓名，所以無法單憑寄件信箱找到帳號，會回信說明確認方式，確認後才刪除。比較快的做法是重新安裝 Two Designs，在「我的」綁定原本的登入方式回到原帳號，再照上面的步驟刪除或查看帳號 ID。

如果手機遺失或 app 已刪除：匿名帳號的登入憑證除了在原裝置上，也可能在 iCloud 鑰匙圈或 Google Block Store 的備份中，在同一個 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號的裝置上重新安裝 Two Designs，可能就會回到原帳號。若回不去也沒有記下帳號 ID，我們無法找出是哪一個匿名帳號；它的登入憑證會在 30 天未使用後失效，但資料不會自動刪除。
